The Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) program serves children and youth aged 0 – 20 who are experiencing a variety of emotional, behavioral and social problems due to some type of abuse and/or neglect in their past. These special children require a closely monitored therapeutic environment including professional support and treatment. Some children have extensive medical needs instead of, or in addition to, emotional and behavioral challenges.

Referral agencies work with CCC to place needy children with appropriate foster parents.
