FAQs

What does it mean to be DOJ-Accredited?  

CCC staff who are accredited by the Department of Justice have representation rights with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the immigration courts.

What is Naturalization?  

Naturalization is the process by which a non-citizen becomes a citizen. Naturalization can vary by country, but it usually involves: - Residency requirements - Language proficiency - Knowledge of the country’s laws and culture - A formal pledge of loyalty

How long after marriage to a U.S. citizen, can I apply for a green card?  

You can apply immediately after marrying a U.S. citizen. There is no required waiting period before starting the application process.

If I have a temporary work visa, can my family come with me?  

Yes, in most cases, your immediate family members (specifically your spouse and unmarried children under 21) can accompany you to the U.S. if you have a temporary work visa.

How much will services cost?  

The cost varies depending on the complexity of the case. The initial consultation fee is $100.00.

Where do I start?  

The first step is to submit an inquiry form to begin a conversation with our staff. If staff determine that your case can move forward, they will schedule a consultation to better understand the specifics of your case.
