Introduction

Commonwealth Catholic Charities (“CCC,” “we,” “us” or “our”) provides the CCC website (“Website”) to you (“You” or “User,” collectively “Users”). This Privacy Policy applies to the collection of personal information by CCC through www.cccofva.org and any sub-domains thereof (each of which constituting a part of the Website). By using the Website, you acknowledge you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.

Information Collected

We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide (including name, email, address); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Information Collection

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Use of Information Collected

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

From time to time, CCC may be required to disclose personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law, or if CCC reasonably believes that a User has committed unlawful acts or acts may endanger the health or safety of another User or the general public. CCC also reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that CCC, in good faith, believe to be unlawful.

If you make a donation, we share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties, such as our payment processor, necessary to fulfill your donation.
