To qualify for our workforce support services you must be eligible for Virginia's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

Individuals who are eligible for TANF will be:

a Virginia resident

a US citizen or eligible immigrant

In a household that includes one relative under 18 or one pregnant individual

In need of financial assistance
