No. Our goal is to support every individual’s unique career development needs and long-term employment success.

How much will this program cost me?  

CCC’s services are provided at no cost.

Can you help me find a job after training? 

Yes! We partner with local employers to connect you with job opportunities and provide ongoing support even after you’re hired.

Are there income requirements? 

No. Anyone can take advantage of our services. There are no income requirements or restrictions.

Can I participate if I already have a job? 

Yes! Many training programs are designed for people who are currently employed but want to advance their careers, switch industries, or gain new skills.

What if I have a criminal record? 

We believe everyone deserves a second chance. Many workforce development programs are open to individuals with justice-involved backgrounds and can help you find employers who are open to fair chance hiring.
