CCC provides free support and services to adoptive families after an adoption is finalized. Our services are designed to help families adjust, bond, and thrive long-term.
Families are eligible for services until their child turns 18.
Post-Adoption Services are offered in collaboration with DePaul Community Resources in Southwestern Virginia.
