CCC Street Outreach staff actively seek out and establish relationships with individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness. CCC’s trauma-informed outreach staff provide immediate resources like hygiene items, food, and water, as well as connections to long-term services like mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, healthcare, and housing.

CCC’s person-centered approach places individual choices and safety first, with the overall goal of stable, long-term housing.

What does CCC help with?
Our goal is to assist households in meeting basic needs, finding emergency shelter, assisting with finding long-term housing, and connecting to community resources like helping with job searches, assisting with budgeting, and completing housing applications.
Can you get me into housing?
Through case management we can make referrals to housing resources in the community as they are available, and we can assist households find solutions using their own resources.
Do you provide food?
While we may have snacks and emergency food supplies, we primarily assist households with applying for SNAP benefits and connection to community resources like food pantries and meal sites.
Do you offer free housing?
No, we do not. We can make connections to income-based housing resources and supportive housing programs, as available.
Do you offer emergency hotel vouchers?
No, typically we do not. We do refer households to emergency shelter resources in the
community, as available.
