  • Stay connected: Maintain regular communication but respect their independence.  

  • Encourage self-care: Remind them of the importance of healthy habits like sleep, nutrition, and exercise.  

  • Trust their abilities: Believe in their capacity to handle challenges and make good decisions.  

  • Seek support: Connect with other parents going through similar experiences or consider professional counseling if needed.
