Semmes Avenue

Set at the edge of Springhill, a national historic district on the south side of the Lee Bridge in Richmond, 1903 Semmes Avenue is a collaboration between Commonwealth Catholic Charities and the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, who awarded the project site to CCC. The project will bring 20 new senior living units with onsite amenities and a ground floor neighborhood market to the neighborhood.
