Oliver Hill Way

The development at 809 Oliver Hill Way will be a unique, one-of-a-kind space within a new, six-story mixed-use building.

Eighty new affordable apartments will be created for individuals and families, including units set aside for youth experiencing housing instability and foster care youth transitioning into independent living.

The building will include two community-serving retail spaces as well as an expanded Youth Hub where community partners can collaborate to better service Richmond area youth.
