CONSTRUCTION
Once complete, the new housing development on the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church property will include fourteen buildings with 56 rental units. The development will include a neighborhood with a walking path to the local school and parish, and space for CCC's supportive services.
The project is a collaboration between St. Elizabeth, Richmond City, the Department of Historic Resources, the Catholic Diocese of Richmond, and CCC.
CCC is leading the development and broke ground in the summer of 2025.
