Homeless Services

CCC partners with homeless services providers in the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care, the Crater Area Coalition on Homelessness, Southeastern Virginia Homeless Coalition, and public and private agencies to assist households resolve their housing crisis as quickly as possible. 

Those in crisis can contact CCC's Housing Resource Center to discuss the situation and to be connected with available resources.

Housing Resource

CCC's dedicated staff provide street outreach and case-management for those experiencing homelessness.

The Housing Resource Center is a safe and welcoming place to stay during the day.

Housing for Immunocompromised Individuals  

CCC assists individuals who are immunocompromised by providing rent and utility assistance, short-term assistance to prevent homelessness, access to nutritional supplements, and identifying community resources.

Inclement Weather Shelter

Overnight shelter, restroom facilities, and two meals for adults experiencing homelessness.

Serving adults aged 18+ 

5:00 pm - 8:00 am

Nightly through April 14

Youth Hub
 

CCC’s Youth Hub is a dedicated youth-centered space in Greater Richmond where young people in housing crisis can form healthy connections with peers and adults, access a holistic set of resources, and pursue housing stability.
