Homeless Services

CCC partners with homeless services providers in the Greater Richmond Continuum of Care, the Crater Area Coalition on Homelessness, Southeastern Virginia Homeless Coalition, and public and private agencies to assist households resolve their housing crisis as quickly as possible. 

Those in crisis can contact CCC's Housing Resource Center to discuss the situation and to be connected with available resources.

Housing Resource
Center

 

CCC's dedicated staff provide walk-in and street outreach crisis case management for those experiencing homelessness. 

Monday - Friday

8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Assessments are conducted until 4:00 pm. 

HOPWA

Housing for Immunocompromised Individuals  

CCC assists individuals who are immunocompromised by providing rent and utility assistance, short-term assistance to prevent homelessness, access to nutritional supplements, and identifying community resources.

Shelters
 

Inclement Weather Shelter

Overnight shelter, shower access, and two meals for adults experiencing homelessness.

November 1, 2021- April 15, 2022 Open nightly 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Non-congregate Shelter

Providing short-term emergency shelter for those at high risk of contracting COVID-19.

Youth Hub
 

CCC’s Youth Hub is a dedicated youth-centered space in Greater Richmond where young people in housing crisis can form healthy connections with peers and adults, access a holistic set of resources, and pursue housing stability.
