Anyone can play!
Players will compete in their age bracket against other teams in 20-30 minute games. Proceeds from the event go to support the Ndarugiriye Mariam Scholarship and CCC's refugee program.

About Hope Soccer Festival
2023
Hope Soccer Festival partnered with Commonwealth Catholic Charities, the largest resettlement agency in southwest Virginia, to further expand awareness and support for refugees who have come to the United States where they are building a stable future. CCC ensures that refugee families have the tools and support that they need to succeed in our communities, through case management, health and language support, and education and employment services. 2012
Landon Moore created the Ndarugiriye Mariam Scholarship Fund and the Hope Soccer Festival to support the educational needs of refugee youth in the Roanoke Valley. Since 2012, hundreds have participated in this beloved festival and have raised thousands of dollars to enrich the lives of dozens of refugee children and families.
