Thank you for viewing our profile. We hope it does a good job of showing how much we love each other, and how much love we have to give.

A letter to the birth parents

Dear Expecting Mother,

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us.

We know that the decision you are considering is filled with bravery, courage, and love. We admire your strength, and we want you to know that a child in our home will grow up in a family filled with unconditional love, joy, and adventure. We will cherish every moment, honor their story, and ensure they always know where they came from and how deeply they are loved.

We discussed early in our relationship that we both share a passion for adoption. Becoming parents has been our greatest dream, and we are beyond grateful for this journey and opportunity to grow our family through this process. We do not have any children, and our hearts are fully ready to welcome and care for a child.

We have been together for 7 years and have been married for almost 5. We both work hard in our careers, as a teacher and an attorney, but have prioritized time together as a couple and with our family at the heart of our lives.

We enjoy a life together filled with commitment and adventure. We are so excited to share it with our future child. Our favorite thing to do is travel and create new experiences, while learning about diverse cultures and honoring them. We also love spending time with our two cats, Millie and Quinn, relaxing at the beach or in the mountains, and enjoying the beauty that life has to offer. We live in a great neighborhood community in a small town that feels like our true home.

Thank you again for taking the time to read and learn about us. We hope that this is an opportunity for you to feel empowered and encouraged to make a choice that is best for you and your child, whatever that may be.

With Love,
Emily and Isaiah

Quick Facts

We got married on 7/11, so we get (free) slurpees every year to celebrate.

Our oldest cat was born on our wedding day.

We somehow have convinced ourselves we would do well on Survivor.

We met at a "Something in a Mug" party held by our campus ministry.

Every year, we eat chicken wings on the first night of the NFL Draft.
