Housing & Shelter: 1,898

1,356 individuals and families experiencing housing insecurities connected to resources through outreach

231 lives changed by supportive housing programs (includes PSH, HOPWA)

Children & Parents: 1,277

254 parents and children impacted by adoption services

212 children/youth impacted through foster care programs

676 lives changed through pregnancy and parenting support

72 families provided needed supports to prevent child abuse and neglect

55 children in emergency shelter reunited with families and kin

8 parenting/pregnant mothers experiencing homelessness received housing

Refugees & Immigrants: 7,291

399 lives were impacted by affordable immigration services

6,088 sessions of interpretation allowed non English speakers to access critical services

804 adults & children rebuilding their lives through refugee resettlement services

Food & Finance: 22,386

21,373 Adults & children received groceries from SFH & Dibert food pantries

632 lives impacted by assistance with rent, utilities, and financial education

435 individuals assisted with job training and placement

Mental Health & Wellbeing: 1,372

877 group & individual counseling sessions facilitated

265 lives positively impacted by waiver services & guardianship

104 seniors enjoyed companionship and avoided social isolation
