A Team Approach
Our foster care team goes above and beyond to support foster parents throughout their fostering journey. Our specialists in Richmond, Roanoke, and Norton will be with you every step of the way.

Becoming a foster parent means becoming part of a treatment team. We help you prepare your home and learn about expectations, outcomes, and regulations. We value and support the families whom we work with. Drawing on our decades of experience we support families through:
-
24-hour on-call support
-
Low caseloads so staff can provide more quality attention to children and families
-
Ongoing coordination with referral agencies, birth parents, children, foster parents, and community partners to ensure the best continuum of care
-
Monthly and as needed training to all foster parents to meet the needs of the children and families

I feel I have been given opportunities and a chance to start a new chapter in my life.”
