Adopting Kids and Teens in Foster Care

CCC participates in Adoption Through Collaborative Partnerships (ATCP). 

The ATCP program is a public-private partnership intended to increase adoptions for children and teens in foster care.

 

CCC collaborates with the Virginia Department of Social Services (VDSS) in the Roanoke and Norton regions to eliminate barriers, stream the adoption process, and provide ongoing support to adoptive families and children.

Julian is a 15-year-old young man who is intelligent, humorous, and outgoing. He is seeking a safe, nurturing, and loving family. His future caregivers will need to ensure continuity of counseling services, pediatric cardiology care, and routine medical and dental services.
