Lauren Foutz joined us in November 2025 as our new Adoptive Parent Recruiter, helping find loving, permanent homes for children in Virginia’s foster care system.

Lauren and her husband reside in the Roanoke area, and she is just a few months away from earning her master’s degree in social work. Her passion for supporting families and commitment to child welfare make her a wonderful addition to our team
