CURRENT POSITIONS OPEN IN RICHMOND

Staff Accountant – This position is responsible for keeping records of financial transactions for the agency. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A certification as a CPA with a minimum of one year experience in public accounting is required. Preferred candidates will also have experience working with a non-profit agency. One full time position is available.

 

 

Supervised Visitation Coordinator - This position is responsible for oversight of the Supervised Visitation Program (SVP) including client intake, maintenance of case files and reports, and management of volunteers. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in volunteer management and/or family services. Occasional driving is required. One part-time position is available.

 

 

Clinical Social Work Supervisor – This position is responsible for the general supervision and training of assigned social work staff work with child placement, refugee services, families with special needs, and other programs. Specifically, this position will participate in the development and monitoring of new and existing programs within our foster care department. Qualified candidates will have a master's degree in Social Work or related field and two years of experience in providing services to families and children. Certification as a LCSW or LPC in the state of Virginia is required. One part-time position is available.

CURRENT POSITIONS OPEN IN ROANOKE

Counselor and Group Facilitator – This position provides individual, marital, family, and group counseling services to adults and children to help them achieve effective personal, marital, and family development. Qualified candidates will have an MSW or equivalent and three or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred candidates will have an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent. Spanish speaking skills preferred but not required. One part-time position available.
