Independence for Seniors supports healthy lifestyles and community interaction for adults as they age in place. Encouraging physical activity, good nutrition, and personal relationships, we seek to improve people’s quality of life.
Our Call Reassurance program provides seniors with a friendly phone call from our caring volunteers. Seniors will feel less lonely knowing a compassionate ear is only a phone call away.
Our Socialization program provides activities and programming to selected low-income senior housing communities. Our socials may include crafts, ice cream, trivia, and speakers. Fun is always on the agenda!
Case Management is offered to our clients in the Richmond area. Our professional social worker provides support as seniors navigate the aging process.
