Dear birth parent(s),

Thank you so much for giving us this opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you about our family. We are Mandy and Tony and are very excited to start our family through adoption. We respect your courage and strength as you make this decision.

We met 15 years ago through mutual friends and married in the fall of 2000. We moved from our hometown about four years ago to pursue a career change for Tony. We bought a house in a great neighborhood that is filled with nice people and lots of children. The neighborhood kids stop by quite often to say hello to our dog, Shadow.

Our families are very excited for us and cannot wait to welcome a new member into the family. Our lives are very family oriented. We try to plan our vacations together when possible. Holidays are spent together with lots of delicious food, fun and laughter. Grandpas, Grandmas, aunts, uncles and lots of cousins are waiting to welcome
a new member into the family. Our nephew was adopted and we have all seen what an extraordinary gift adoption is.

Tony and I want more than anything to start our family and to be a mom and dad. We can promise you that we will love your child unconditionally and provide him or her with all the amazing opportunities we have been blessed with. Whatever they are interested in we will support and allow them to explore those interests.

Thank you for taking the time to read about us. Should you choose us as adoptive parents we plan to keep you updated on your child’s life with pictures, letters and occasional visits. We will respect the level of openness you are comfortable with. Your child will always know his/her birth story and about the loving sacrifice you made for them. We feel very fortunate you would consider sharing your child’s life with us.
