Adult Anger Management
Anger management classes are offered to assist individuals in managing emotions and responding appropriately to situations that trigger anger. Classes are helpful for any person with ongoing concerns about anger and for anyone who exhibits destructive behavior as a result of anger.

 

Session topics include defining anger, recognizing personal anger triggers, anger reduction techniques, and thinking ahead about the consequences of actions. Classes meet for one hour each week for 12 weeks.

Teen Anger Management
Teen anger management classes are for boys and girls ages 13-17. Classes are interactive and teach teens to reduce anger and interact appropriately with peers and adults. Classes are helpful for reducing behavioral problems.

 

Session topics include learning anger cues, anger reduction techniques, and positive interactions with others. Classes meet for one hour each week for 8 weeks.
